19" Rack Solutions

A Practical solution has been developed by STS Defence Ltd to convert available 19” rack space into bespoke secure storage systems.

Lockable cabinets, designed to be installed in standard 19” equipment rack applications on HM Ships, Submarines and Shore Establishments, are manufactured to a high standard and conform to current Def-Stan regulations.

The cabinets are manufactured as a complete assembly, constructed from aluminum giving a combination of strength, durability, low weight and non- magnetic properties. The cabinets are available in various ‘U’ sizes and fully compatible with standard equipment rack hole pitch. Each unit is finished using a powder coating, giving a durable damage resistant finish, and colour coded to match any bespoke applications.
