What This Means for Our Team
Being an IOSH training provider allows us to offer two industry-leading programs designed to enhance safety awareness and management across the business:
- IOSH Managing Safely: This course is aimed at employees with managerial responsibilities, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to manage health and safety effectively within their teams. Participants will learn how to assess and control risks, understand their legal responsibilities, and implement best practices to maintain a safe workplace.
- IOSH Working Safely: This course is designed for all employees, providing a practical understanding of workplace safety fundamentals. The program ensures that everyone, regardless of role, understands their part in contributing to a safe and healthy working environment.
Our Commitment to Safety
At STS Defence, the safety of our workforce is a fundamental priority. Becoming an IOSH-accredited training provider underscores our proactive approach to creating a culture of safety, where every employee feels valued and protected. By investing in industry-standard training, we not only enhance the skills of our team but also reinforce our position as a responsible and forward-thinking organisation.
We look forward to rolling out these training programs and supporting our employees in gaining the certifications that will benefit both their professional development and our collective workplace safety.
