STS Defence wins Silver Employer Recognition Award

STS Defence is delighted to announced that it has received the Silver Employer Recognition Award for its support of the Armed Forces Covenant from the South East Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association.

This award comes as we are about to celebrate 70 years in the defence industry and symbolises STS Defence’s dedication to supporting our Armed Forces community, and our recognition of those who selflessly serve and protect our nation. We recognise the vital skills and experience that armed forces personnel bring to our company and value the contribution that veterans make to our ongoing success throughout our inclusive talent pool.

We are proud to support those who serve and protect our Nation through what we do, who we employ and by supporting the Armed Forces Covenant. We will continue our work in this area and dedicate this award, not only to those within our employment, but to the Armed Forces community as a whole.
