STS Defence has been confirmed as a Disability Confident Committed Employer

STS Defence has been recognised as a Disability Confident Committed Employer by the Department of Work and Pensions, joining over 16,000 organisations in changing attitudes, behaviour and cultures in their businesses, networks and communities for the better, and reaping the benefits of inclusive recruitment practices.

The scheme will help us recruit and retain great people, ensuring our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible, communicating vacancies, offering interviews to qualified disabled people, anticipating and providing reasonable adjustments within the business and supporting existing employees who acquire a disability or long-term health condition, enabling them to stay in work.
