Originally joining the scheme in 2020, being ‘Disability Confident’ STS Defence continues to implement practices and policies that support employees with disabilities. This includes offering flexible working arrangements, providing necessary accommodations, and ensuring that recruitment processes are accessible and fair. The company will also engage in outreach activities to attract a diverse pool of talent and promote the benefits of a diverse workforce.
